Vehicle Damage & Maintenance Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for immediately notifying our company of any damage, accidents, warning lights, flat tires, mechanical issues, or concerns involving the vehicle during use.
Under no circumstances should customers attempt to repair, tow, replace parts, or authorize work on the vehicle themselves. We have designated service providers and maintenance procedures in place for all vehicles.
Please do not worry about repair costs or trying to "fix" the issue yourself — our vehicles are insured, and our main priority is simply making sure our trucks are properly taken care of and repaired correctly.
If any issue occurs, please contact us immediately so we can provide proper instructions and arrange authorized service if needed. Unauthorized repairs or services may result in additional charges and/or liability for any damages caused.
Our priority is ensuring the safety, quality, and proper care of our fleet.
