What we rent
Our rental fleet is the same fleet we drive professionally. Every vehicle is a 2023 or newer, detailed before every rental, with current insurance and a full tank ready at pickup. The pricing is simple — daily and weekly rates posted up front. The flagship 2025 Escalade ESV is our top of the line; the 2023 Escalade, the Suburban, and the Expedition cover the everyday daily-rental range; the 2025 Denali XL splits the difference for clients who want a premium SUV at a midweek-business rate.

How the rental works
Booking is by quote, not a self-serve checkout — we want to verify dates, confirm the right vehicle, and handle insurance details before the keys leave our hands. Quote comes back within a few hours. At pickup, you sign the rental agreement, leave a $250 refundable deposit on a credit card, and we walk around the vehicle together to document its condition. You drive the SUV however the day requires. At return, we walk the vehicle again, you fill it to the same fuel level, and the deposit is released the same day.

What’s covered, what’s not
Standard rental terms apply: the named driver on the agreement is the only authorized driver. The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period — damage, loss, theft. We verify insurance at the time of booking, but renters should review their own coverage with their insurer. Full details on the rental policy page.

What's the deposit and when do I pay it?

A $250 refundable deposit is required at the time of rental pickup, held on a credit card. The deposit is released back to your card after the vehicle is returned in the same condition and at the same fuel level. The deposit covers any additional charges that might be incurred during the rental period — see the rental policy for full terms.
Who can drive the rental vehicle?

The individual who signs the rental agreement is the only authorized driver of the vehicle. Renters must possess a valid driver’s license, presented at the time of pickup. We don’t add secondary drivers to the same rental — if multiple drivers are needed, please let us know at the quote stage and we’ll discuss arrangements.
What's the fuel policy on rentals?

The gas tank must be returned filled to the same level it was at the time of pickup — full tank at pickup, full tank at return. Failure to return the vehicle at the same fuel level results in a refueling charge billed against the deposit, plus a small service fee. Nearest filling stations to the pickup location are noted on the rental confirmation.
What if there's damage or an issue during the rental?

How do I extend my rental?

Send us a text or call as soon as you know you need more time. Extensions on the same rate are usually fine as long as the SUV isn’t reserved for the next renter. We confirm the new return date and update your rental agreement; the extra days are billed at the same daily rate, or moved to the weekly rate if the extension crosses the seven-day threshold. Don’t keep the vehicle past the agreed return without confirming — undocumented extensions can result in additional charges and may forfeit the deposit.
Is insurance included with the rental?

Our vehicles carry their own insurance, but the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period — this includes damage, loss, or theft. We strongly recommend renters verify their personal auto insurance and/or credit card rental coverage before the trip. We confirm insurance arrangements at the time of booking; if you need supplemental coverage, we’ll discuss options at the quote stage.
