Weddings
A signature arrival, a calm getaway, and a venue list we already know.
Wedding chauffeurs who know your venue
Atlanta weddings happen across a wide map — from the Swan House at the Atlanta History Center, to the Estate at Atlanta in Buckhead, to Foxhall Resort north of the city, to vineyard ceremonies in Dahlonega and Helen. We’ve worked with most of the planners in town and have driving routes memorized for Foxhall, the Mill at Yellow River, Hotel Clermont, the Garden Room at the Goat Farm, the Biltmore Ballrooms, the Georgia Aquarium, the Westside Warehouse, the Whitley, and most of the historic estate venues in the metro.
That matters on a wedding day in ways that aren’t obvious. We know which side of the Swan House to drop the bridal party so the photographer is already in position. We know that the Foxhall ceremony lawn requires a specific access road and a 4 p.m. arrival window before the parking team closes the entrance. We know which Buckhead church porte-cochères can hold a multi-vehicle stack and which require staggered drop-offs.
How a wedding day actually runs
A typical Atlanta wedding takes seven to twelve hours from getting-ready to send-off, with three to five distinct transportation moments — the bridal party transfer, the groom’s-side transfer, the ceremony arrival, photography stops, the reception transfer, and the late-night send-off. Larger weddings add bridal-party shuttles, hotel-block guest transfers, and morning-after airport runs.
We coordinate directly with your wedding planner so you don’t become the bottleneck. The planner gets our chauffeurs’ direct numbers; we get the timeline. From there we run our part of the day on auto-pilot, with the planner getting status pings at each transition. Your job is to enjoy your wedding. Our job is to make sure the cars are in the right place, on the right schedule, with the right level of attention to the moment.
Photography stops we recommend
Couples often add a 30–45 minute photo block between the ceremony and reception. Beautiful, photographer-approved Atlanta locations: the Atlanta Botanical Garden (south lawn), the Jackson Street Bridge skyline view, Krog Street Tunnel, Piedmont Park (with proper permitting), Westside Provisions District alleys, Ponce City Market roof, and the historic facades along Whitehall Street downtown. We’ll route around traffic windows and have the planner coordinate timing with the photographer so the magic-hour shots actually land in magic hour.
Multi-vehicle packages
For larger weddings we run up to five vehicles on a single coordinated dispatch — one for the couple, one for immediate family, additional SUVs for the wedding party, and a shuttle vehicle if the guest hotel block needs transfers to the venue. All on one schedule, all billed on one invoice, all confirmed by the same dispatcher.
After the wedding
Many couples book the morning-after airport run as part of the package — at a discounted rate. After a long day, leaving for the honeymoon from your hotel doorway in the same vehicle that drove you all weekend feels like the right end to the story.
