Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair on cancellations. Our policy balances your flexibility against the fact that a confirmed reservation removes a vehicle and chauffeur from availability for other clients.
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is collected at booking. The deposit secures your vehicle, chauffeur, and time slot.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup
Full refund of the deposit. No questions asked. The remaining balance is never charged (since the trip did not take place).
Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup
The deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance is not charged. We make exceptions in genuine emergencies — call us and we will work with you in good faith.
No-shows
If we arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time and you do not appear within a reasonable wait window (60 minutes for airport pickups, 30 minutes otherwise), the full booking amount is charged.
Modifications
Date, time, vehicle, and route changes more than 24 hours before pickup are accommodated at no fee, subject to availability. Within 24 hours, we make every effort but cannot guarantee changes.
Cancellations by us
In the rare event we must cancel a confirmed booking (vehicle malfunction, chauffeur emergency, weather emergency), we will arrange a comparable replacement when possible and refund the full booking amount if not.
Disputes and chargebacks
We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you have a concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most concerns are resolved within 24 hours.
