A prom-night chauffeur parents can actually trust

For parents in metro Atlanta, prom and graduation night has changed since the days when groups carpooled in someone’s borrowed car. The schools have stricter event policies. The hotel after-parties are real. The pressure to “make the night memorable” sometimes pushes good kids toward decisions they wouldn’t make on a regular Saturday. As a service that operates daily in this market, we’ve watched the pattern evolve and built our prom service specifically around what parents actually need.

What parents need is visibility, accountability, and a chauffeur who is unambiguously on the parent’s side of the contract.

Parent dashboard

The day of the event, a parent contact receives a live GPS tracking link. Up to four parent contacts can be CC’d on confirmations and tracking. Each pickup, photo stop, drop-off, and return is confirmed by the chauffeur via text to the dashboard. A parent who wants to know where their teenager actually is at 11:42 p.m. can open the link and see — without the kid having to share their location with the parent on Find My iPhone.

Vetted chauffeurs

Every chauffeur on our prom and graduation roster passes a multi-state criminal background check, a drug test (renewed annually), and an interview specifically about prom-night experience. Most have driven proms for our service for three or more seasons. They’re trained on the specific protocol of a teen-focused booking — engaged but not familiar, attentive but not intrusive, and absolutely clear on the no-substance policy.

Strict no-substance policy

Vehicles are inspected before pickup and again at the end of the night. Alcohol, marijuana, vape pens, or any other substance discovered in the vehicle ends the booking immediately, with the parent contact notified and the full booking charged. There are no warnings and no exceptions. Parents and our team have aligned on this for years and it works because we’re consistent.

Photo stops parents will love

Most prom packages include 30 minutes of photo time at scenic Atlanta locations of the parent’s choice. Common stops: the Atlanta Botanical Garden grounds, the Jackson Street Bridge skyline view, Piedmont Park’s south meadow, the Castleberry Hill warehouse district, the historic facades of Whitehall Street, the Fox Theatre marquee at golden hour. We work with a photographer recommendation on request.

Multi-vehicle prom groups

Larger groups — six to twenty students across two to three vehicles — run on coordinated dispatch with a single parent point of contact and consolidated billing. Each vehicle has its own chauffeur and its own dashboard tracking link, but the night runs on one shared timeline so the group stays together for dinner, ceremony, and after-event transitions.

Graduation weekend

We also run graduations across the metro — Westminster, Pace Academy, Lovett, Holy Innocents’, Marist, Galloway, Westminster Christian, Atlanta International School. Family pickup at home, drop at the ceremony venue, photo time after, family dinner at the parent’s restaurant of choice, and a quiet ride home. Same vetted chauffeurs, same dashboard tracking, same parent-first protocol.
