Terms of Service

By booking a ride or otherwise using the services of Prestige Signature Rides, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service

We provide private chauffeured transportation in luxury vehicles within Atlanta and surrounding areas, with long-distance transfers available on request. Bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when (a) you have submitted complete trip details, (b) a non-refundable deposit has been received, and (c) we have sent a written confirmation by email.

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking via Stripe Checkout. The remaining balance is charged after the ride based on actual time, mileage, and any add-ons authorized during the trip. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the balance.

Cancellation and changes

See our refund policy for cancellation terms. Modifications (date, time, vehicle, route) are accommodated based on availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

Conduct in the vehicle

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Open containers of alcohol are not allowed unless the trip is part of a service that includes alcohol service explicitly. Weapons, illegal substances, and any conduct that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers are grounds for immediate trip termination at the passenger's expense.

Damages

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party during a trip, including spills that require professional cleaning. We will provide an itemized invoice for damages.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We carry commercial liability and auto insurance as required by Georgia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
